Currently, less than 6% of doctors in the United States are African American or Hispanic American.

Our mission is to expose, empower and encourage minority high school juniors and seniors to pursue a degree in dentistry, optometry and ophthalmology. We provide the tools, skills, and guidance necessary to help them along their journey. We strive to in

Our mission is to expose, empower and encourage minority high school juniors and seniors to pursue a degree in dentistry, optometry and ophthalmology. We provide the tools, skills, and guidance necessary to help them along their journey. We strive to increase minority representation of African American and Hispanic American women in medicine, dentistry, optometry, and ophthalmology by accepting 300 minority high school girls into our program by the year 2040.
